Last Yoga Class of 2020
2020 has been a very interesting year; painful, and challenging, a year that touched our lives in many different ways.
New Year’s is the perfect time to focus on new goals and intentions, so you will be attending what I call: "Letting Go - Burning Ceremony".
We will practice a 45 minute yoga class and then we will gather in a circle, share some thoughts, and we will take some time to write, and burn all the things we no longer need.
You will leave the deck renewed and ready to receive 2021.
Come practice yoga and lets say goodbye to 2020 together.
Come as you are..(and maybe wearing neutral colors ?)
Class Starts: 7pm
(Doors Open at 6:30pm )
