Earth Day Festival returns to Lake Worth at the Gray Mockingbird Community Garden on Saturday, April 21st 2018 featuring family fun, rescue animal interactions, eco-exhibits, and an exciting line up of Dance teams and more! More you say? Yes! We are creating a "Drive Electric Vehicle Meet-Up" so you get to either show off your electric or hybrid car OR take a look at all the cool technology these cars have to offer. Talk to the drivers about the cars too.

New this year too...We'll have the AWARD WINNING Lake Worth Community High School Trojan Sound Band along with the chorus during the time of the festival.

The Audubon Everglades and Lake Worth Interfaith Network has the Adopt a Native Plant/Tree! This is open to residents in Palm Beach County. We'll want pictures and updates of your babies!

Check out our Stone Zen Garden! Using Sacred Geometry, this work of art is already transforming lives. We'll have Yoga classes, Tai Chi and other energy works. Our Yoga class for the Zen Garden is starting at 12noon. Get balanced before the energy filled day.

The festival runs from 12NOON – 5 PM. STEM demonstrations and activities. Reading from the LW library, Little Free Library and from Keith Bell, the author of "I wonder what it's like to be a raindrop". There are children’s activities, crafts, Earth Ball Games, prizes and a kids’ music circle, Busch Wildlife animals and an a “all-in” kids’ drum circle.

Check out the progress on the Scottish Rite Center as we go for the LEED! New "Cool" roof membranes, A/C systems, Solar, Water Conservation and more!

The Vice Mayor or Mayor will read the City’s Earth Day Proclamation, followed by our Adopt a tree program. (Lake Worth residents only). Bring proof of residency. This year we're shooting for all Florida Native Shrubs and Trees.

Plan on a day of celebration, music, green exhibits, healthy food and earth-friendly fun.

The Gray Mockingbird Community Garden is located at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center, 2000 North D Street, Lake Worth FL 33460. Admission is free.
