(Beef broth noodles, braised short rib, dehydrated sesame oil, warmed yolk sauce, Flash fried enokitake mushrooms, cilantro & rice)
Asian Spicy Wahoo Taco
(Wahoo, kimchee, sesame oil, sriracha, & scallion in a deep fried Wonton shell topped with seaweed salad, seafood sauce, eel and masago)
Sunomono Sala with Octopus
(Spiraled cucumber, sesame dressing, octopus sashimi, wakame seaweed topped with Wasabi Tabiko)
