The menu begins with a Tuna Crudo, followed by “Billi Bi” Mussel Bisque with saffron, and brioche croutons, enjoy a trio of baked shellfish featuring Coquille St. Jacques with scallops, mushrooms, and gruyére, Clams Casino and Oysters Rockefellar. Chef's next courses include Lobster Ravioli Fra Diavolo & Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. For dessert, Corvina will be serving a delicious Italian Panettone Bread Pudding with amaretto vanilla sauce! Don’t hesitate to pair this meal with a bottle of wine or try a signature homemade cocktail. This holiday prix fixe menu is $110/person++. Full menu also available.
