Our farm-to-table restaurant is blooming with excitement! This Valentine's Day, we invite you to embark on a culinary journey that celebrates fresh, local ingredients and the spirit of love.
Indulge in thoughtfully crafted specials by Chef Michael that showcase the fresh produce from local farms and even some ingredients harvested from our own organic gardens to complement our “never ever” proteins, meaning the animals have never been administered antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.
Chef Michael’s Valentine’s Day features include: Cauliflower & Roasted Leek Bisque, Chatel Farms Petite Filet Mignon and Miso Roasted Red Snapper. Valentine’s Day isn’t complete without something sweet, order the Heart of Chocolate, a flourless chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, chocolate meringue cookies and raspberry coulis.
