Troiano Facial Plastics

I cannot say enough about Dr. Troiano and her staff. Men tend to shy away from talking about any work they've had done. The beauty of Dr. Troiano's work is that it speaks for itself. She made me feel so comfortable about what she was doing (botox around the eyes and under-eye filler), talking me through each step and providing context as to why she was doing it. When I asked for a little bit more of both botox and filler, she clearly articulated to me that it was not necessary and that with her methodical and strategic approach what she defines as facial optimization - meaning that while every patient has the same facial muscles, every patient uses them differently and as such, requires a bespoke clinical approach, which Dr. Troiano absolutely provides. This is such a differentiator as there are so many Facial Plastic Surgeons that will say YES to everything and do whatever it takes to maximize patient spend - she is the exact opposite. No matter where you are in your journey, Dr. Troiano should be top of your list and at a minimum, book a consultation and you'll see exactly why!

Horrible experience with Chelsea Troiano performed rhinoplasty on me December 4, 2020. All I wanted was better and to have a better projection. Chelsea did a horrible job. She not only made my nose worse than it was, she also destroyed it. My nose looks ugly. One year later, I absolutely hate my nose, and now I couldn't continue my business as a model for my own clothing boutique because of the results. I was always in communication with Chelsea Troiano to express how I felt about it. All she said was that my nose was very swollen and would eventually get better, she started esteroide shot for few months they hurt so bad until I refuse to not have more she also try to put some fillers to fix my nose. I refuse! She just wasted my time and money. I spent 10K on her procedure. PLEASE AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS. SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND DOESN'T HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF WORKING WITH A VARIETY OF NOSE. I honestly DON’T KNOW HOW SHE STILL IN BUSINESS AND HOW SHE HAS A LICENSE HER WORK IS HORRIBLE. I wishes she had been more honest with me instead of destroying my nose and my confidence. NOW I WILL HAVE TO UNDERGO WITH ANOTHER INTERVENTION AND I AM VERY AFRAID AND THE COST IS DOUB
