We are excited to announce the inception of Nitrogen Bar Grill & Sushi! A concept new to our neighborhood bringing an entertainment venue, speakeasy style bar and fine-dining experience with a detailed attention to service and excellence, all in one beautiful space. Award winning Asiatic Cuisine will be Center stage at Nitrogen with a full sushi bar, beautifully appointed dining room and our communal Chef’s Table featuring Omakase style tasting dinners. Our culinary team will be using local seasonal ingredients whenever possible, procuring the best seafood and meat that are sustainably sourced and produced. We will use responsibly grown vegetables and ingredients while building a personal relationship with our local farms and artisans. All these amazing cuisines will be paired with our full bar menu featuring craft beers and seasonal selections on tap, boutique wines with our prestige collection and cocktail & mixed drinks created with equally outstanding ingredients like our fresh squeezed juices, herbs and infusions. From our early-afternoon happening “Social Hour” to our exquisite dinner service, all the way to our late night "Nitrogen After Dark", we aim to please and provide an experience to remember!
