A native Floridian, Michael realized a life-long dream with the opening of the grove. After graduating from the The Culinary Institute of America in 2005, he spent time in the kitchen in Carmel, CA at the Bernardus Lodge, and as a sommelier at DB Bistro and Zuma in Miami before moving to Delray to open the grove.
