Palm Beach Downs has shedrow barns made of cinder block, housing 200 stalls on a lush and spacious private, gated property in Delray Beach. It is just off of 441 and the FL Turnpike in south Palm Beach County. We offer a 1 1/8 mile main track, a 7/8 turf course, several paddocks, a lake for equine swimming, starting gate with a weekly visit so you can obtain gate cards and on-site staff housing. Our facility is conveniently located just an hour from Gulfstream Park racetrack and Calder Casino and Racecourse. We are open year-round.
