We are a very friendly & happy Hatha Yoga studio and yoga retail store! We offer classes of all types giving you a very well rounded practice to help you create flexibility in the body and mind. Our 40 + weekly classes include: Beginners, Yin, Restorative, Healthy Backs, Vinyasa styles (YinYasa), Hatha Flow, Kundalini, Gentle Hatha, Wellness Yoga(Donation) Yoga Nidra & Yoga Meditation. We also host many different Workshops and Teachers Trainings through out the year with many specialities and modalities. Any and all levels welcome with NEW STUDENT SPECIALS for classes. Our incredible staff of 16 welcome you to Yoga in a warm friendly space to help you explore, listen and observe....
