Class Starts 9AM
Join us this morning to gently awaken your body with mindful movements and then finish the session with some Reiki Healing Energy while you rest in Savasana.
It's the perfect way to kick off the holiday season.
Class length: 95 minutes = 60 minutes yoga + 35 minutes of Reiki (divided between all attendees).
You can bring your crystals, too. ?
