Description
What’s better to do in South Florida than feel the sun on your skin and the ocean breeze in your hair as you listen to the country’s top music acts perform live? That’s what you get at SunFest, a four-day music festival.
Event Details
Hear more than 50 bands perform on three stages, and the music is just the beginning—it’s complemented by two floating bars, VIP experiences, eye-catching art, delectable eats, floating bars and a fireworks show to close the weekend.
SunFest is set up along Flagler Drive from Banyan Boulevard to Lakeview Drive. Shows start at 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and noon on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to the three stages, festival grounds include the Art District, where you can shop local artists’ work and watch live demonstrations. But the main draw is definitely the live music, featuring a mix of genres including rock ‘n’ roll, funk, indie rock, hip-hop, country and reggae.
The first SunFest was held in 1983, and this annual event has been entertaining festivalgoers ever since. Past acts have included Bob Dylan, Kendrick Lamar, Duran Duran, John Legend, The Beach Boys, The Roots, Journey, Smashing Pumpkins and Snoop Dogg.
2019 Lineup
2019 SunFest brought big names in music to the West Palm Beach waterfront. Check out performers like OneRepublic, G-Eazy, Diplo and Keith Urban, all of which will leave festivalgoers dancing on the lawn … or on one of the three party barges lining the waterfront. While we're name-dropping, don’t miss Ludacris, Bebe Rexha and Tears for Fears. View the full lineup.
