The Urban League of Palm Beach County and Grace Episcopal Church are collaborating with Florida Department of Health-Palm Beach County, and several other Community Organizations to host a Free Community Health & Wellness Event in recognition of National Caribbean HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. The event is scheduled for June 8, 2019 at Grace Episcopal Church, 3600 N Australian Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 from 10am-12:00 noon.
The focus of this event is on awareness and prevention of HIV/AIDS. A primary goal is to promote a healthy community and environment by assuring the community is aware that essential health and educational services are available in a fun way.
Note: The event will include a combination of activities, speakers, refreshments, incentives, testing, wellness checks and a multitude of informational resources.

Participating in this Community Health & Wellness Event will be representatives from business, education, and healthcare sectors, the community, as well as community-based organizations.
You are invited to participate and to share information about your agency programs and services. Any giveaways/incentives/mementos that you have would also be appreciated.
