Grilled peaches, feta cheese, basil oil, watercress, toasted sunflower seeds, apple cider vinaigrette.
Corn & smoked paprika chowder:
Served with crispy shoestring potato, baked pork belly & Scallions.
Intermezzo: Watermelon & Mint Sorbet

Sous vide airline Chicken:
Slow cooked with aromatic herbs, served with potato gratin, roasted vegetables and Lemon thyme sauce.
Pan Seared Fish:
Warm Israeli cous cous salad, rainbow cauliflower and kale, apricot & pineapple relish.
