Fine Selection of assorted cheeses and meats served with apple mostarda, fresh fruits, pickled vegetables and nuts.

Heirloom tomato salad:

Grilled peaches, feta cheese, basil oil, watercress, toasted sunflower seeds, apple cider vinaigrette.

Corn & smoked paprika chowder:

Served with crispy shoestring potato, baked pork belly & Scallions.

Intermezzo: Watermelon & Mint Sorbet

Second Course: (choose one)

Sous vide airline Chicken:

Slow cooked with aromatic herbs, served with potato gratin, roasted vegetables and Lemon thyme sauce.

Pan Seared Fish:

Warm Israeli cous cous salad, rainbow cauliflower and kale, apricot & pineapple relish.

Grilled Skirt Steak

Roasted red pepper farro, caramelized onions, broccolini and wild mushrooms demi glaze.

Capellini Pasta

Shrimp, octopus, calamari and baby scallops tossed on a rich pomodoro sauce, served with shaved parmesan cheese and rosemary bread.
