Whether you're looking to start the week with a good healthy stretch, a harmonious energetic vibration or a smooth and beautiful elemental dance, this class is for you. All ages and ability levels are welcome. Participants find significant improvements in balance, aches and pains, alertness, coordination and health. Each week is unique, presenting its own experience, while encouraging the growth and building of fundamental skills. We have a beautiful community built up already, and all leave feeling better than they arrived.
